Delete everything from inside the app
This is the fastest route, and it reaches every copy at once. It works the same on iPhone and on Android.
- 1 Open LadyOne on your phone.
- 2 Go to the Me tab, the last one in the bar at the bottom.
- 3 Scroll to the Data section and tap Delete all data, at the bottom of it.
- 4 The app lists every place it will clear. Read it, then tap Delete everything.
Afterwards the app goes back to its first screen, as if you had just installed it. There is no undo, and no copy is kept anywhere.
What is deleted
This phone
Every period, day log, note and setting, plus your name, your date of birth and your goal — and the worship settings, if you were using that part.
Your own cloud
iCloud on iPhone, your Google Drive on Android. The synced copy is cleared whether sync is switched on or off, along with anything your other devices put there.
Your phone’s health app
Apple Health on iPhone, Health Connect on Android: the period days LadyOne wrote there are removed.
What stays, and why
Health entries that were not ours
Anything you recorded in Apple Health or Health Connect yourself, or through another app, stays where it is. LadyOne removes only what LadyOne wrote — deleting another app’s records is not ours to do.
Your subscription
LadyOne Plus is billed by Apple or by Google, never by us, and we are not told who you are. Erasing your data does not cancel it — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Nothing on our side
There is no account to close and no server copy to delete: we never received your entries in the first place. So there is no retention period here — nothing is held back for a number of days, because nothing is held at all.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Removing the app takes its data on that phone with it. What can outlive it is the copy in your own cloud, if you ever turned sync on. Either reinstall LadyOne and follow the four steps above, or clear it yourself:
On iPhone
Settings → your name at the top → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → LadyOne → Delete Data.
On Android
Open Google Drive on the web → the gear icon → Settings → Manage apps → LadyOne → Options → Delete hidden app data.
Asking us
Write to [email protected] and a person will answer. Be honest with us about one thing, though: because we hold nothing of yours and have no way to identify you, we cannot delete anything on your behalf — what we can do is walk you through the steps above until every copy is gone.
