The short version
Everything you log stays on your iPhone. We have no servers, so there is nowhere for it to go.
If you turn on sync, it travels only through your own private iCloud — we can’t see it.
No ads. No trackers. No third-party analytics. Nothing is ever sold or shared for profit.
You can erase everything — from the app, your iCloud, and Apple Health — whenever you want.
Who we are
LadyOne (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a women’s health app for iPhone, covering cycle tracking, pregnancy, and an optional worship companion. It is operated by Orbit Next Labs L.L.C-FZ, based in the United Arab Emirates.

Our approach
Your health record is one of the most personal things you keep. We built LadyOne so that it answers to you alone: your information lives on your device, not with us. We designed the app to work fully offline, without an account, and without ever asking you to trust a server with your body’s data — because there isn’t one.
The information LadyOne handles
You choose what to record. Nothing here is required, and you can leave any of it blank. Depending on what you use, the app may hold:
Cycle and symptoms
The days of your period, flow, symptoms, moods, and any notes you add.
Pregnancy
Your logged weeks, weight entries, movement and contraction sessions, checklist progress, and an ultrasound due date if you enter one.
Optional details
A name and date of birth, only if you add them — for example, on the doctor report.
Worship (optional)
If you turn on the worship companion, the settings and counts it needs to work.
This information is created by you, for you. The app does not ask for, and does not collect, your contacts, your location, your photos, or your identity.
Where your information lives
On your device
By default, everything you log is stored on your iPhone and nowhere else. We operate no servers and keep no copy of your data.
Your private iCloud
If you use the app on more than one device, or want a backup, it can sync through your own iCloud account, using Apple’s private iCloud storage tied to your Apple ID. Your data is carried between your devices by Apple, in your private space that we cannot access. Apple’s handling of it is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy. You can turn iCloud sync off in the app or in your device settings at any time.
Apple Health
The app can connect to Apple Health, but only if you allow it. With your permission, LadyOne can read your recorded period days (so you don’t have to re-enter them) and write your periods back to Health. This exchange happens only on your device, through Apple’s Health framework — it never passes through us. You control this permission, and can withdraw it at any time in the Health app or your device settings.
What we never do
We do not run servers that store your health data.
We do not show ads, and we include no advertising or tracking code.
We do not use third-party analytics, and we do not profile you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever.
The one connection the app makes
To let you know when a new version is available, the app occasionally asks Apple’s public App Store lookup service whether a newer LadyOne has been published. This request contains only the app’s identifier — never your health data, and nothing that identifies you. That is the only network request LadyOne makes.
Children
LadyOne is intended for people old enough to manage their own health information. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Because everything you record stays on your own device, we never receive personal information from any user, whatever their age.
Your control
Because your data is yours and lives with you, you are always in charge of it:
Edit or delete
Any entry, at any time.
Erase everything
In one step — the app can remove your data from itself, from your iCloud, and from Apple Health.
Turn features off
iCloud sync, Apple Health, and the worship companion are all optional.
How long we keep it
We don’t keep it at all — there is no server copy to keep. Your information stays on your device and in your iCloud for as long as you choose, and is gone the moment you delete it.
Wherever you are
LadyOne speaks ten languages, with full right-to-left support in Arabic and Persian, and works the same offline wherever you use it. Because your data stays on your own device and in your own iCloud, it is never transferred to us across any border.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top, and note anything significant inside the app. Continuing to use LadyOne after a change means you accept the updated policy.

This policy describes LadyOne’s practices for its iPhone app. It does not cover any third-party service you may separately choose to use, such as Apple’s iCloud or Health, which are governed by Apple’s own terms.
