How do I get help?+
Write to us at [email protected]. Tell us what happened and, if you can, which iPhone and iOS version you’re on — it helps us answer faster. A real person reads every message.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. LadyOne has no accounts and no sign-up. You open the app and start — your information is yours and stays on your device.
Where is my information kept?+
Everything you log lives on your iPhone. If you turn on sync, it travels only through your own private iCloud, which we can’t see. We run no servers of our own. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I use LadyOne on more than one device?+
Sign in to the same Apple ID on each device and turn on iCloud sync. Your data is carried privately between your devices by Apple — it never passes through us. If you get a new iPhone, restoring it with your Apple ID brings your history back.
Does it work with Apple Health?+
If you allow it, LadyOne can read the period days you’ve recorded in Apple Health so you don’t re-enter them, and write your periods back. This happens only on your device, and you can turn the permission off anytime in the Health app or your settings.
How do I delete my data?+
In the app’s settings you can remove everything in one step — from the app, from your iCloud, and from Apple Health. Once erased, it’s gone; there is no server copy for us to hold.
What languages does the app support?+
Ten: English, Arabic, Persian, Chinese, Hindi, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian and French — with full right-to-left layout in Arabic and Persian. LadyOne follows your device language automatically.
Is the worship companion required?+
No. It’s entirely optional — you can turn it on if you want it, or leave it off, at any time.
