The short version
LadyOne helps you understand your body — it is not a doctor, and never a form of birth control.
The core app is free. LadyOne Plus is an optional subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Apple or Google.
You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings; it renews automatically until you do.
In anything urgent about your health, contact a medical professional — not the app.
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Orbit Next Labs L.L.C-FZ (“we”, “us”), based in the United Arab Emirates, covering your use of the LadyOne app (“LadyOne”, “the app”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Not medical advice
LadyOne is a personal wellness tool to help you record and understand your own body. It is not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional medical care. Its predictions, phases, and week-by-week information are general estimates, not a diagnosis.
LadyOne is not a method of contraception and must never be relied on to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and never delay seeking care because of something you read here. If you have an urgent concern, contact your doctor or emergency services right away.
Using LadyOne
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use LadyOne on devices you own or control, for your own use. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app, or use it in any unlawful way.
LadyOne is for ages 13 and up. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these on your own, please use the app with a parent or guardian’s consent.
If you break these Terms in a serious way, we may end this licence and your right to use LadyOne. You can walk away at any time by deleting the app. The parts of these Terms that naturally outlive use — the liability limits and the governing law — keep applying.
LadyOne Plus subscription
The core of LadyOne is free to use. LadyOne Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks deeper features. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis.
Billing
Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before each period ends.
Managing and cancelling
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s App Store or Google Play settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period continues until it ends.
Payments and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, under their own terms. We do not receive or handle your payment details, and refunds are handled by the store you bought through, according to its policies.
The subscription and its features may change over time. If a change materially reduces what an active subscription offers, we’ll aim to let you know within the app.
Your information
What you record in LadyOne stays on your device and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud or Google Drive — never on our servers. How we handle information is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The app is provided “as is”
We work hard to make LadyOne accurate and dependable, but we can’t promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit every situation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit Next Labs L.L.C-FZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, LadyOne — including any decision made in reliance on its estimates. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top, and note anything significant inside the app. Continuing to use LadyOne after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
We write these Terms in English and translate them. If a translation and the English ever disagree, the English is the version that counts.
